Join us for Milk & Motherhood, a welcoming, hands-on experience designed to help expecting and postpartum moms feel educated, equipped, and encouraged.

Led by a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Counselor alongside a perinatal mental health professional, this gathering brings together practical breastfeeding education, hands-on demonstrations, and honest conversations about the emotional journey of motherhood.

Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or welcoming another little one, come learn, laugh, ask questions, and lean into your village.
